What to Expect
The easiest way to book an appointment is to visit our online scheduler. The first visit is a little longer than usual to allow for a thorough examination and history of your injury.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a New Patient Intake form in your email inbox. Please have this completed prior to your appointment to allow for a smooth first visit.
For your first visit we ask that you wear comfortable clothing that is non-restrictive and allows for full examination and treatment of the affected area. Consider wearing shorts, sports bra, open back/neck shirt, or a short sleeve/tank top shirt.
We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA card. Payment is due at time of service. An itemized receipt can be given for any out-of-network benefits or verification of services provided.
Follow Up Visits
After your initial visit, follow up visits are scheduled for 15 or 30 minute time increments. Most visits include a combination of adjustments, myofascial release, dry needling and/or therapeutic laser.
Due to the lack of coverage for our services and continually decreasing reimbursements, we are no longer in network with any major insurance companies. Our Self Pay Rates are meant to be affordable, fair, and competitive.
